French Localization Producer
A shout-out to a French Localization producer to join our team! You're passionate about video games and have proven experience in managing small and large scale multilingual localization projects. It's a strong plus if you have experience in audio recording for games.
Don't worry, you won't be thrown into the wild waters to survive: at all times, you will have direct contact with and gentle support from Riotloc's linguistic and production teams, as well as game developers.
The responsibilities would include:
Manage the full IP of one of our AAA clients, including the localization of large RPG titles from start to finish.
Maintain direct communication with the translation team, the VO team, and the client.
Ensure smooth communication between all parties, control deadlines, handle occasional emergency situations & urgent requests.
Prepare reference materials, guidelines, and tasks for linguists.
Account translation tasks in TMS and handle the client's invoices.
Requirements:
Native or near-native French.
Solid experience as a localization producer/project manager on the vendor side.
Knowledge of MemoQ, Regex, and all technical sides of localization.
A high level of self-organization, structured approach to work, and the ability to keep close attention to detail even under crunch conditions.
Availability within the EU time zone.
At least one of the following:
Experience managing projects of 1M+ words.
Experience working with AAA studios in compliance with their high quality and communication standards.Informal but important: A strong commitment to quality-driven work process, smooth client service, and ethical teamwork.
Not required but would be great:
Experience as a localization producer/project manager on the developer side.
Experience in managing audio recording projects.

5 days/week, standard European availability hours.

Part-time or full-time, hourly-based (with the possibility to transition to a fixed monthly retainer).
